BG-Counter2: High Tech Mosquito Counting Device

The BG-Counter 2 offers remote monitoring with automated mosquito counting from anywhere at any time with online software and analysis. The innovative smart device is set up on the top of a BG-Pro 12V.
lt differentiates mosquitoes from other insects, counts them, and wirelessly transmits the results to a cloud server.

The BG-Counter 2 includes:

To enable use of the BG-Counter2, the following are needed:

• BG-Pro trap 12V (BG-Counter2 version-please contact us at research-us@biogents.com)
• Power supply 12V
• BG-Booster CO2 (CO2 is required for the BG-Counter2)
• BG-Lure (effective for two months)
• BG-Counter Trap Station
• BG-Counter annual subscription

NOTE: The BG-Counter needs cellular reception at the field site.  For managing your BG-Counter, a computer with Internet access is required.

The BG-Counter app:
Via the web application you can manage your traps. Detailed 
data for every 15 min. interval allow you to better understand 
the local mosquito activity patterns and enable you to better 
and cheaper control mosquitoes.
